Employee sustainability Policy
Sustainability for CPG Executive Consulting PTE Ltd (CPG) is about the conditions for long-term value creation. The CPG Group Business Principles define our standards of ethical conduct. They also set out the standards we set for environmental protection and for our relationships with our employees and the communities among which we work. We measure ourselves against these standards.

The Group believes that operating in accordance with its Business Principles is the essential foundation for sustainable long-term performance and value creation.

Sustainable business success over the long term is dependent on a strong alignment between the Group's ambitions and the objectives of our stakeholders.

Our approach to these relationships is based on our commitment to work in accordance with our Business Principles in all aspects of our operations. These Principles, set out here, are a key reference point for investment decision making, project development and operational management. Implementation is overseen by our Sustainability Officer.
