The role of
TA Senior Manager, Fund Services will
require you to analyse, further develop and
enhance existing processes on an end-to-end
basis in order to attain departmental
strategic excellence and senior level
organisational objectives.
You must
have excellent communication, delegation and
leadership skills with the ability to
comprehend and evaluate key processes while
ensuring complete adherence to regulatory
guidelines. This position requires strong
attention to detail and the ability to work
within a high-speed environment while
perform effectively within strict clients
deadlines.
Key
requirements

A
minimum 7 years Transfer Agency /
Shareholder Services experience,

5 years
team managerial experience (teams in
excess of 30). Ability to show strong
leadership

comprehensive knowledge of Trust Agency
Systems
-
3 years
+ experience in client relationship
management

Extensive project management experience

Extensive strategy experience/

Excellent strong leader with excellent
communication and problem solving skills
